Thanks to a GREAT customer we have a "new to us" pool. We have figured out this weekend, it does not matter how hot it is, Reese wants to be outside. It is 95 today, and she doesn't care. We tried playing inside, but that didn't work. I bit the bullet and we went swimming. This swimsuit has the UV protectant material. I love it!! No burns for us!!
Random pics.
I am sorry for not posting sooner. It has been a heck of a couple weeks. Mostly just really busy w/ work (everyone is getting camp/vacation cuts) and if it is not raining, which believe it or not we haven't had a drop of rain, we are outside playing. LUCKLY Reese has her dad's skin, and it looks like she my tan pretty good. YEH!! ( my skin is transparent, and has never been able to tan :) ) She loves the outdoors, and is in a VERY active stage. When I get her to bed I am right behind her. WORN OUT!!

Marching w/a stick. ( maybe future flag girl????)
Rolling in the grass w/ PaPa.
First day of summer music class. She has been moved to the next level, and is the youngest in her class, but this is much more her speed. She LOVED it!!!
Reese now will drink milk out of a sippy cup. She has always drank water out of it but NEVER would milk. I have bought every cup they make, and this day she desided she would try it.
Besides this new breakthrough, we have also been trying to get her to sleep throught the night. She has always been a bad sleeper, ( except for about 3 months she was great) So now it is making her cry it out, instead of rocking her back to sleep. The first night she cried from 2 1/2 hrs. it got slightly better the next few nights and last night another 2 1/2 hrs long cry. I am just about over it. I thought it was supposed to get better after a few nights. I'm doing the go in every 5,10,15 ect.... min. Anyone got any ather ideas I can use?

6 days in a row!!

If you have ever had a child who suffered with stomach problems you understand how exciting it is to go 6 days/nights in a row without a stomach ache. I can honestly say I have never had this much sleep since she was born.
I went to my Family doc the other day, and told him about Reese's belly trouble. He told me the reason her ped. will not do anything about her belly till she is 2 is because that is the earliest they can do allergy testing,( the ped kept telling me to wait it out...... how long has he gone w/out sleep??)
So my doc said to try this formula. It can help get rid of parasites, or if the belly needs to heal for some reason it is so gentle it helps it out. ,,, OK honestly whatever.Whatever works I will try and or buy.
I don't know 100% if this is why she is sleeping better, but it is really the only thing we have changed.
My question to my self is why the H--L did I not do this 17 months ago.
I thought about it, but the ped said , nah,,, it won't make that much difference. I do Love her ped, don't get me wrong, I think his children never had belly aches, or he would understand more. Right????

Fun day in the shop
Tuesday Reese had to go to work w/ me like always, but this Tuesday turned out to be the best ever!!
Not liking the words "we have to go downstairs to work."
But eventually making the best out of it

And then after her nap, while I had a lady processing under the dryer, it happened.... She let me TOTALLY do her hair!! She went to the chair pointed to the kids cap, sat on the kids board, and wanted"more" so I trimmed her bangs, (usually I just pretend to do her hair and that makes her happy) And she wanted more. So I grabbed the curling iron. She let me curl her hair!!!! THEN the best part was when I was putting on the hair spray, she wanted more, more and more!!! LOVED the hairspray, The kid is mine alright!!
